The Local Housing Organization (LHO) is responsible for the administratio, management and delivery of all public social housing programs, services and properties within the communities of Fort Simpson, Jean marie River, Nahanni Butte, Sambaa K'e and Wrigley under the terms and conditions of the Community Housing Services Agreement between the Fort Simpson Housing Authority and the Northwest Territories Housing Corporation (NWTHC).
