Residential Property Manager

We are searching for a Residential Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential buildings located in the GTA. The incumbent will manage these residential properties in an efficient and effective manner with the highest level of customer service. This will include:

• Operate properties in accordance with approved budgets
• Develop and administer annual operating and capital budgets
• Responsible for the collection of rents
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with tenants, suppliers, and contractors
• Develop and oversee maintenance schedules to ensure corporate standards are met
• Perform and document regular site inspections and follow up to ensure identified deficiencies are addressed in a timely manner
• Effectively supervise contractors, suppliers and service providers
• Ensure compliance with all legislation

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in Residential property management
• Preferred: University degree in related field and course work toward a professional designation
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently
• Solid time and project management skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Resilient
• Proficient in Microsoft office and Email / Internet systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able and willing to support all team members
• Excellent communication skills i.e. writing and verbal
